Shipping Information for items from Lolita Collective

DUE TO CURRENT COVID-19 LOGISTICS DELAYS, ITEMS ARE TAKING BETWEEN 14 - 35 DAYS LONGER TO ARRIVE. 

 

Where is my item coming from?

Our items are handmade from all over the world. Some of our vendors have chosen to send their items to our Chicago warehouse. Those items ship within 3-12 days of purchase. 
Some items, both domestic and international, ship directly from our manufacturers and may be made to order. If the Item is handmade, it may take between 5-20 days to make. 
Please check the listing of the product for the shipping location. If you need an item faster, please make a note and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If an item is shipping from the vendor, please allow between 7-30 days for transit.

Pick-Up From a Scheduled Event

US Shipping

Almost all items are shipped via USPS. 

USPS First Class shipping is available for small items starting at $2.00
USPS Priority shipping is calculated by item weight. 

Ex: Most of our dresses weigh under 2lbs and ship for around $15.00.

Some items ship direct from their manufacturers. This adds an additional 5-14 days processing time depending on the item. Please check the item listing for the origin of the item. 

International Shipping

Orders under 1LB are shipped via USPS First Class
Orders over 1LB are shipped via USPS Priority International.

You can now order ahead through our online store to pick up in person at a scheduled event! Click here for our convention schedule. Select this option a minimum of 4 days before the start of the event in order to ensure your item will travel with us.

If you are unable to pick-up your items as planned, please reach out to us at contact@lolitacollective.com with your order number & we will bill you for shipping. If we do not hear from you within 10 days following the event, your order will be refunded.
