What is a reservation?
A reservation is when you purchase an item before it has been produced. Reservations last for a set period of time and once complete, production for the item begins.
Do I pay full price up front?
Yes, we require full payment up front including shipping. You will not be charged anything additional after the reservation period is over and the item ships.
Can I get a refund for reservation items?
Yes, per our store policy you may request a cancellation on your order and get a full refund. This option is only available before the product has shipped to you.
Can I return a reservation item?
Yes, you may return your item up to 14 days after you have received it. Once a return is initiated, you will be sent a shipping label to send the item back to us. Once we have received and inspected the item, you will be given a refund.
Can I exchange a reservation item?
If we have extra stock of the items, then it may be possible to exchange it for a different size or color. It will depend on what stock is available to us at the time.
What is the average production time for reservation items?
While production times may vary, our typical turn-around 3 to 3.5 months after the reservation ends. Reservation listings will list when the item is projected to ship.
