ACCESSORIES

Most accessories are measured Width x Height x Depth in inches. Occasionally you will see centimeters listed for smaller items for enhanced accuracy.

JEWELRY

Necklaces and bracelets are laid flat and sized from end to end in inches.

Rings are measured using US standard sizing. Our staff refers to this PDF when adding inventory - you may also find it useful if you don't know your own ring size!

DUE TO CURRENT COVID-19 LOGISTICS DELAYS, ITEMS ARE TAKING BETWEEN 14 - 35 DAYS LONGER TO ARRIVE. 

Where is my item coming from?

Our items are handmade from all over the world. Some of our vendors have chosen to send their items to our Chicago warehouse.
Those items ship within 3-12 days of purchase. Most Chicago based items ship on Friday.

Some items, both domestic and international, ship directly from our manufacturers and may be made to order. If the Item is handmade, it may take between 5-20+ days to make. 

Please check the listing of the product for the shipping location. If you need an item faster, please make a note in your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Given the COVID logistics delays, please allow between 7-45 days for transit from all locations. All shipments are affected. It has been a nightmare.

Our Standard shipping starts for small items starting at $4.00
Shipping is calculated by item location and weight. 

Ex: Most of our dresses weigh under 2lbs and ship for around $15.00.

Some items ship direct from their manufacturers. This adds an additional 5-14 days processing time depending on the item. Please check the item listing for the origin of the item. 

When you place an order, our system automatically takes into account the item location and weight to determine your shipping. If you notice the shipping is high, you may want to add additional items from that location to make the cost worthwhile.

Here at Lolita Collective we want you to be happy with your purchases. We accept item returns for a full refund. 

If something doesn't fit, we will gladly send you a label to ship it back to us via USPS for a full refund. Our warehouse is located in Chicago, IL. Even items that shipped from international destinations can be returned for a full refund to our United States location via a label printed from USPS.
